Allocation of mandates to combined lists
1 Each group of combined lists shall initially be treated as a single list for the purposes of allocating mandates.
2 Mandates shall be allocated to the individual lists within a group according to Articles 40 and 41. Article 37 paragraphs 2 and 2bis remain reserved.
