Call of Elections 

(1) Elections to the European Parliament are announced by the Speaker of the National Council of the Slovak Republic based on the decision of the Council of the European Union no later than 110 days before the date of elections. The announcement shall contain the number of Members of the European Parliament, who are to be elected to the European Parliament in the territory of the Slovak Republic.

(2) If the Constitutional Court of the Slovak Republic declares the elections invalid or cancels the result of the elections, the Speaker of the National Council of the Slovak Republic shall announce elections to the European Parliament within 30 days after the delivery of the ruling of the Constitutional Court of the Slovak Republic to the National Council of the Slovak Republic.
