Calling and holding early elections of the National Assembly
1.Early elections of the National Assembly shall be held no earlier than 30 and no later than 45 days after dissolving the National Assembly.
2.After the National Assembly is dissolved by virtue of law, the President of the Republic shall immediatelypromulgate a decree on calling early elections of the National assembly.
3.Documents required for registration of the political parties running in elections of the National Assembly shall be submitted to the Central Electoral Commission no later than 25 days before the voting day, by 18:00.
4.Registration of electoral lists of political parties running in elections shall be carried out no earlier than 25 and no later than 20 days before the voting day, by 18:00.
5.Electoral precincts shall be formed and polling stations shall be designated no later than 25 days before the voting day. No later than 20 days before the voting day, the authorised body shall hand over the lists of electors to the person possessing the premises of the polling station, who shall post them at the polling station, in a place visible to all.
