In the Act of 21 August 1997 on Restrictions on Conduct of Business Activities by Persons Performing Public Functions (Journal of Laws of 2022, item 1110) in Article 12, paragraph 12 shall read as follows:

“9. The information contained in entries to the Register shall be immediately made public by the National Electoral Commission in the Public Information Bulletin and shall be made available during the period of holding the position or function and for a period of 6 years after the termination of the position or function referred to in paragraph 7.”
