While the grounds referred to by the Constitutional Court for pronouncing the unconstitutionality of the political party Şor may also by extension be applicable to individuals seeking electoral office with the same illegitimate aims, the Law proposes to render ineligible individuals who have militated in such political parties for the sole reason of being members of its executive bodies or holding elective functions.
