The Venice Commission and ODIHR would also like to welcome the introduction of a hearing by the Central Electoral Commission, as well as the introduction of the opportunity to seek judicial review of the decision of deprivation of the right to stand for election, and of the opportunity to present evidence to the electoral bodies to dispute the determination about their activities. However, they also underline the risk of arbitrariness which could arise from the use of secret documents.
