Art. 233. (Amend. - SG 36/21, in force from 01.05.2021) The persons engaged in the conducting of the elections as members of a section election commission, as security guards or as or support of technical devices for machine voting of the relevant polling station may exercise their right to vote after their registration on the supplementary page of the electoral list, if they have the right to vote in the respective type of elections and upon submitting a standard declaration that they have not voted and will not vote elsewhere. The declaration shall be enclosed with the electoral list and shall constitute an integral part of it
