(1) (suppl. - SG 39/16, in force from 26.05.2016) The provisions of the Public Procurement Act regarding the time limits of the procedures shall not apply upon the award of a contest for the voting machines, the computer processing of the voting data and the publication of the election results in a bulletin, as well as in respect of the manufacture and printing of the election stationery and materials and the awareness campaign.

(2) At the conduct of public procurement in the case of Para 1 the decision for opening the proceedings and for determining a contractor may be appealed before the Supreme Administrative Court within three days rom the publication, respectively from receipt of the decision. The appeal shall not suspend the execution. The Supreme Administrative Court shall issue a decision within three days from receipt of the appeal, which shall not be subject to appeal.
