Authorisation for early voting.
Voters who are unable to attend a polling session on polling day may cast their votes prior to the poll in accordance with the rules set in this Act. A voter who has cast an early vote may also cast a vote during the regular polling session, in which case the voter’s early-voting ballot paper shall not be counted in the poll.
