The polling station shall be suitable for the carrying out of the act of voting. The furniture necessary for the carrying out of the election, such as the table for the electoral authority and next to it a table for the election witnesses, the ballot box, and the necessary amount of duly equipped voting booths, shall be provided by the community. Equally shall be taken care that, if possible, a waiting lounge shall be available for the voters in the building of the polling station.
