Allocation meeting of the National Electoral Commission.
[When it has received all count reports following a general election to the Althingi, cf. Article 106, the National Electoral Commission shall allocate parliamentary seats, constituency seats and adjustment seats.] 1) The National Electoral Commission shall publicise, with suitable notice, where and when the meeting is to be held for this purpose so as to give the agents of the political organisations putting forward candidates, cf. Article 59, the opportunity to attend it.
