Notification to new municipal councillors.
The senior electoral commission of a municipality shall notify the elected regular and alternate members of the municipal council of the election results and that they have been elected to serve on the municipal council. [The announcement may be sent to the digital mailbox of the government, cf. the Act on the Digital Mailbox in the Central Service Portal of the Government.] 1) The senior electoral commission shall also send the newly elected municipal council a statement of the election results.
