Announcement of election results and delivery of election results reports.
As soon as a notification under Article 119 has been sent, the senior electoral commission of the municipality shall declare the election results by publishing on the municipality’s website information about the results and the identities of the persons elected as regular members and alternate members.
The senior electoral commission of the municipality shall, within three days of announcing the results, submit an election results report to the National Electoral Commission using a form provided by the Commission, detailing the results of the elections, cf. Articles 116–118, the total number of votes cast and the number of invalid and blank ballots. The National Electoral Commission shall publish the election results reports on its website.] 1)
