During the work of electoral committees and district electoral commissions, trustees of the list of candidates may be present.

Observers from organizations accredited by the State Election Commission may be present during the work of the electoral bodies. The criteria, conditions and procedure for obtaining accreditation for observers are prescribed by the state election commission.

Representatives and trustees of the list of candidates can warn the president of the electoral body about irregularities.
