District Election Commission:

1. determines polling stations and polling station areas,


2. appoints electoral committees,


3. determines the outcome of voting in the electoral district,


4. direct technical work related to elections,


5. performs other tasks specified by law.

The tasks from the previous paragraph in the elections of deputies of the Italian or Hungarian national community are performed by the electoral commission of the special electoral unit.
