Voters determine the list of candidates by signing.
In each electoral unit, a list of candidates with signatures can be determined by a group of at least a thousand voters who have permanent residence in the electoral unit.
The provisions of the sixth and seventh paragraphs of Article 43 of this Act shall apply to the documents referred to in this Article.
