If the electoral commission of the constituency determines that the list of candidates is not determined in accordance with this law, it shall reject it.

If the electoral commission of the constituency finds formal deficiencies in the list of candidates, it immediately requests the proposer to remedy them within three days. If the formal deficiencies are not remedied in time, the electoral commission rejects the list of candidates.

In the cases referred to in the previous two paragraphs, the electoral commission rejects the list of candidates in its entirety or only with respect to individual candidates.
