Article 89a
 

The National Electoral Commission determines for the region of the country how many votes individual candidates received from the list by electoral district, how many votes the lists received by electoral units and the total number of votes cast for all lists of candidates in the region of the country. In doing so, the electoral commission also takes into account the results of voting at the diplomatic and consular missions of the Republic of Slovenia and by mail from abroad, which arrived at the national electoral commission within the deadline specified in Article 87 of this law. The state election commission determines the result of the vote from the previous sentence by electoral district.


The National Electoral Commission notifies the electoral commissions of the electoral units of the final result of the vote for each electoral unit.


On the basis of the established voting results for the area of ​​the country, the state election commission determines which lists of candidates or lists of candidates with the same name in the area of ​​the country received at least 4% of the total number of votes cast for all lists in the area of ​​the country, and they are taken into account when dividing mandates.
