Article 90
 

The number of mandates that each list gets is determined by the quotient, which is calculated by dividing the total number of votes cast for all lists of candidates in the electoral unit by the number of deputies who are elected in the electoral unit , increased by one. which is rounded up to a whole number. The number of votes for the list is divided by this quotient . A list has as many mandates as the number of times the quotient is contained in the number of votes for the list.


Regardless of the provision of the previous paragraph, a paper that does not meet the condition from the third paragraph of Article 92 of this law does not acquire a mandate.
