Subsequent elections are held if voting was not carried out in the electoral unit or at the individual polling station on the day designated for voting. Subsequent elections are announced by the electoral commission of the constituency. The provisions of this law on general elections apply mutatis mutandis to subsequent elections, and they must take place no later than 30 days after the day set for voting in general elections.
