Due to irregularities in the candidacy procedure, each candidate or representative of the list of candidates has the right to file an objection with the electoral commission of the constituency. The objection can be filed before the deadline set for the submission of the list of candidates.

The electoral commission of the electoral unit must decide on the objection in the process of determining the legality of the lists of candidates, no later than 48 hours after the deadline for submitting the lists of candidates.
