Against the decision of the electoral commission rejecting the list of candidates, against the decision of the electoral commission referred to in the second paragraph of Article 103 of this law, and against the decision of the state electoral commission referred to in the previous article, an appeal may be filed with the court competent for administrative disputes within 48 hours after receiving the decision.

The court must decide on the appeal no later than 48 hours after receiving the appeal.

The court decides in a panel of three judges.

The court decides upon appropriate application of the provisions of the Act on Administrative Disputes.
