Due to irregularities in the work of the electoral committee or the district electoral commission during elections, every candidate, representative of the list of candidates and every voter has the right to lodge an objection with the electoral commission of the electoral unit.

An objection can be filed within three days from the day of the vote. The electoral commission of the electoral unit must decide on the objection within 48 hours.
