If the electoral commission of the electoral unit finds such irregularities in the voting at the polling station or in the work of the electoral committee, which have or could significantly affect the outcome of the election, it annuls the voting at the polling station and orders re-elections to the extent in which the voting was annulled.

If the electoral commission of the electoral unit finds such irregularities in the work of the district electoral commission, which have or could significantly influence the outcome of the election, it shall itself determine the outcome of the election in the electoral district.
