Supply of information
(1) Schedule 12 makes provision about the supply of information for the purposes of thisPart.
(2) Paragraphs 3 to 13 and 15 of Schedule 19B to PPERA (investigatory powers) applyin relation to an offence within section 50(2)(a) or (b) as they apply in relation to anoffence under that Act.
