Section 42
 

(1) As soon as possible after expiry of the periods set out in sections 37 and 41, the National Social Appeals Board shall prepare lists of candidates for each nomination district and multimember constituency.


(2) As soon as possible after the lists mentioned in subsection (1) have been prepared, the National Social Appeals Board shall forward such lists to the election committee of the relevant nomination district.


(3) Prior to each election, the Minister for the Interior and Health notifies the National Social Appeals Board of the lists of nominees to be prepared, their design and the information they are required to contain. In this connection the Minister for the Interior and Health shall decide which other authorities in addition to those specified in subsection (2) shall receive the lists.


(4) The applications for registration of the candidates, see section 33a, notice from the parties on approval of candidates, see section 37, and announcement of the type of nomination, see section 41, may not be made available to the public before the National Social Appeals Board has issued the lists of the nominated candidates in the relevant multimember constituency, see subsections (2) and (3).
