(1) Advance votes under section 54(1)-(4) shall be cast to two vote receivers who are local government or institution officials or have been nominated as such from among the appointed electors, see section 30.
(2) In the islands referred to in section 54(5) the local council shall appoint one or more electors to act as receivers of advance votes.
