Immediately after this federal law takes effect, the Federal Minister of the Interior shall, on basis of the final result of the respective last Ordinary or Extraordinary Census, ascertain the number of seats to be allotted to each constituency according to § 4 and announce the result in the Federal Law Gazette. § 5 al. 2 shall be applied accordingly.
