Filing a Declaration of Property, Income, Expenditures and Financial Liabilities of a Candidate for President of Ukraine

1. A candidate for President of Ukraine, registered in accordance with the procedure established by this Code, no later than the fifth day after registration shall submit a declaration of a person authorized to perform the functions of the state or local self-government, pursuant to the Law of Ukraine “On Prevention of Corruption”.
