Peculiarities of Preparation and Conduct of the Pre-Term Election of MPs of Ukraine

1. Funds for preparation and conduct of a pre-term election of MPs provided for in the State Budget of Ukraine shall be transferred by the specially authorized central executive body for the implementation of state policy in the area of treasury management of the budget funds to the Central Election Commission within three days from the day of publication of the Decree of the President of Ukraine on pre-term termination of office of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine.
