Territorial Organization of Elections of a Village, Settlement or City Mayor
1. A system of territorial organization of elections of a community head consists of:
1) a single village, settlement or city election district, which shall cover the entire territory of the respective territorial community;
2) election precincts.
2. In cities with rayon division, a territory of a city rayon, pursuant to the decision of the territorial election commission in the election of a city mayor, shall deem a territorial election district. There is no need to take a separate decision on the matter.
3. A decision on establishing a single village, settlement, or city election district shall not be made.
