Filing a Declaration of Property, Income, Expenditures and Financial Liabilities of a Candidate for Local Council, a Candidate for a Village, Settlement or City Mayor

1. A candidate for local council, a candidate for a village, settlement or city mayor, registered in accordance with the procedure established by this Code, shall submit a declaration of a person authorized to perform the functions of the state or local self-government, pursuant to the Law of Ukraine “On Prevention of Corruption.”
