Equipping Premises for Voting

1. In the premises for voting or directly in front of them, the precinct election commission shall necessarily place posters produced by the territorial election commission at the expense of budget funds, which shall provide an explanation of the procedure of voting and liability for violation of the legislation on the election of local council in a form established by the Central Election Commission.

2. The following materials shall be placed in the premises for voting at the election precinct in places accessible for voters:

1) information brochures of the party organizations that are electoral subjects in elections of the Verkhovna Rada of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea, oblast, rayon, rayon in the city, and also the city, village, settlement council (a territorial community with 10,000 voters or more)

2) information posters of each party organization that is an electoral subject in elections of the Verkhovna Rada of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea, oblast, rayon, rayon in the city, and also the city, village, settlement council (a territorial community with 10,000 voters or more) in the respective territorial election district.

Information posters of the parties shall be placed in accordance with the sequence of appearance of the names of the party organizations on the ballot.

3. The materials specified in Parts one and two of this Article shall be made public in the manner accessible to provide the opportunity for voters with health disorders (due to disability, temporary health disorders, age) to familiarize with the information.
