Official Promulgation of Results of Local Elections


1. The territorial election commission in the respective local election shall, no later than the fifth day of the day of establishing the results of the election, promulgate the results of the election of the Verkhovna Rada of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea, oblast, city, rayon in the city, rayon, settlement, village council, village, settlement, city mayors, and also place them on the official website of the commission or the relevant council (if any), web-sites of regional and territorial bodies of the Central Election Commission (in case of their formation).


2. The results of the elections of the Verkhovna Rada of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea and the local councils to publication specified in Part one of this Article shall be in the form of the list of all elected members of the respective local councils, alphabetically listing the last names, first names (all first names), patronymic names (if available) of all candidates, their date, month and year of birth, educational attainment; party membership; place of employment (occupation), job position; place of residence, the district in which the council member is elected, the number of votes cast in his or her support, and the name of the local organization of the political party from which the council member was elected (or marked “Nominated through self-nomination”).


The announcement on the results of the elections and the elected village, settlement, the city mayor shall include the last name, first name (all first names), patronymic name (if available) of the candidate elected, his/her date, month and year of birth, educational attainment; party membership; place of employment (occupation), job position; place of residence, the number of votes cast in his or her support, and the name of the local organization of the political party from which the village, settlement, city mayor was elected (or marked “Nominated through self-nomination”).


3. The official promulgation by the territorial election commission of the results of the respective election of the village, settlement, the city mayor shall serve the ground for grounds for dismissal (position), termination of activity incompatible with the position of a member of the Verkhovna Rada of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea, village, settlement, city mayor, and/or decision to terminate another representative mandate of a person elected local council member, village, settlement, city mayor.
