25% of the annual budget allocated to political parties shall be distributed to the political parties in proportion to the number of the valid votes cast, received at the local elections for the election of county councillors and Bucharest municipality councillors, if they obtained at least 50 mandates for county councillors and Bucharest municipality councillors.
