The new organisational structure of the Permanent Electoral Authority shall be approved by decision of the permanent bureaux of the two chambers of Parliament, with a view to ensuring the functioning of the Department for the Control of the Financing of Political Parties and Electoral Campaigns and of the specialised department for the allocation of the subsidy from the state budget.
