(1) If requested by Ukraine, the Minister for the Interior and Health may lay down rules to the effect that Danish public authorities will provide technical assistance to Ukraine to hold an election or a referendum for the country's voters in Denmark. In this connection, the Minister for the Interior and Health may lay down rules on the specifics of the assistance to be provided.
