(1) The Constitutional Court shall validate the result of each round, shall ensure the publication of the election results in the media and in the Official Gazette of Romania, Part I, for each round, and shall validate the election results for the President elect.

(2) The validation document shall be drawn up in 3 copies, of which one shall stay with the Constitutional Court, one shall be sent to the Parliament for the oath to be taken as provided for in Article 82 paragraph (2) of the Constitution of Romania, republished, and the third one shall be handed over to the elected candidate.
