(1) Udbetaling Danmark will calculate and authorise amounts for payment under sections 110-119, 122 and 123 and will, in such connection, make decisions on repayment and the limitation period applicable to payments and other property law matters.

(2) Udbetaling Danmark’s decisions under subsection (1) may be appealed to the Speaker of the Folketing. The Speaker of the Folketing will decide on the appeal after consultation with the deputy speakers.
