(1) Pensions accruing to former Members having vacated their seats in the Folketing in the period October 1st 1986 to December 31st 1993, or will accrue to the surviving spouses of such former Members, shall be calculated as of December 31st 1993 according to section 110 or section 111. The pensions calculated in this way shall be recalculated according to section 126a as of January 1st 1994.
