(1) Political parties, political alliances, electoral alliances and organisations of citizens belonging to national minorities and independent candidates may choose to prepare and submit on paper or electronically, under the law, candidacy files, with the proper application of the provisions of Articles 52 - 56. The lists of supporters can also be signed and submitted electronically, according to the law.

(2) The methodology for the implementation of the provisions of paragraph (1) shall be established by decree of the Permanent Electoral Authority.
