(1) At 21.00 hours, the president of the electoral bureau of the polling station shall declare the voting closed and shall order the closing of the premises of the polling station.

(2)  The voters who, at 21.00 hours, are inside the voting room, as well as those who are in line outside the polling station to enter the polling place can exercise their right to vote, under the terms of this law.

(3)  At 21.00 hours, the special ballot box must be inside the polling station.

(4)  The voters in the situations provided for in paragraph (2) can vote until 23.59 at the latest.

(5)  2 members appointed by the electoral bureau of the polling station, within it, shall verify at 21:00 whether there are voters waiting to exercise their right to vote outside the polling station and shall ascertain and monitor the order in which they have access to the voting premises.
