Section 22
 

(1) Parties entitled and wishing to participate in elections of Danish members to the European Parliament must no later than at handing in the list of candidates inform the Minister for the Interior and Health of the authority within the party that holds the requisite competence to exercise the party’s powers in connection with handing in and recalling lists of candidates and registrations of coalitions for election purposes. The specified authority is considered competent to the Minister for the Interior and Health until further notice is issued by the party.
