Status
(1) Candidates shall have the capacity of officials within the meaning of the Penal Code in the period between the registration of the candidate lists and the announcement of the results of the elections.
(2) Where the registration of a candidate is deleted, the rights and obligations referred to in Para. 1 shall be terminated as from the day of the deletion.
