Persons Entitled to be Present at the Regional Election Commission

(New - SG 36/21, in force from 01.05.2021, amend. - SG 104/22) Upon acceptance and verification of the protocols of the sectional election commissions in the regional election commission may be present candidates, advocates and representatives of parties, coalitions and initiative committees according to Art. 117, para. 6 and Art. 124, para. 1, observers - in compliance with the requirements of Art. 114, para. 2, one registered interviewer from a registered sociological agency and representatives of the mass media, direct visibility shall be ensured to them during the acceptance and verification of the protocols, including by real-time video broadcasting in compliance with the requirements for personal data protection.
