(New - SG 39/16, in force from 26.05.2016) Six months before the general elections for municipal councillors and for mayors, the mayors of municipalities and the regional governors shall perform a check under Art. 99b of the Civil Registration Act of all address registrations performed in the last 12 months. The check shall end not later than three months before the execution of the general elections.
