(1) The personal votes of the candidates and of the number of list votes, see section 30(1) and (2) are added up to establish which of the candidates in a list of candidates have been elected.
(2) The number of personal votes cast for each candidate and the number of list votes cast for each list of candidates are added up for all nomination districts taken together.
