The management of the list of candidates shall, on or before submission of the list of candidates, notify the chairman of the election committee of the name of the representative of the list who is authorised to exercise the powers of the list of candidates in connection with the submission and revocation of the list of candidates and the registration of and withdrawal from election coalitions and whom the election committee may contact in matters concerning the list of candidates. The representative may be a supporter of or candidate on the list or neither. The named representative shall be deemed to be authorised in relation to the election committee until the management of the list of candidates notifies the chairman of the election committee that a new representative has been named. In connection with the notification of a new representative, the management of the list of candidates shall provide information on the name, address and contact information of such new representative.
