(1) After expiry of the time allowed for submission of lists of candidates requesting exemption under section 19(4) from the requirement to collect signatures from a minimum number of supporters, cf. section 23(1), 3rd sentence, the election committee shall not later than by 12 noon on the Tuesday eight weeks prior to the election day notify the list of candidates whether the election committee grants the list of candidates exemption from the requirement to collect signatures from a minimum number of supporters.
