(1) A list of candidates being submitted to the chairman of the election committee may be accompanied by a report stating the association or voters in a municipality or region, respectively, which shall be entitled on behalf of the list of candidates to apply for and receive grants under the Grants to Political Parties Act. The report which must be in writing must be signed by the representative of the list of candidates, cf. section 23a.

(2) In the absence of a report according to subsection (1) the rules of the Act referred to shall apply in respect of applicants who are entitled to apply for and receive grants on behalf of a list of candidates.
